If you are a true fan of Beck, you are in for a treat. This was his first ever released demo, originally on cassette. This demo includes a few songs from Loser UK and US, but has many rare and unreleased tracks; 36 in all. If you enjoy lo-fi you 'gon love this. Snag it, mutherfuker

Japanther - Master of Pigeons

A melting pot of genres; one of the most diverse albums I own. Includes many live tracks and is sure to spark your interest in some way. Download!

Big Black - Songs About Fucking

an album everyone should own, or at least hear once. raw, loud, fast, noisy, what more could you possibly want from an album? i don't know if this should be labeled as punk or not, but that's probably the closest genre i can think of to this. i shouldn't even have to write anything about this classic, the name should be enough to get you to download it.

The Threshold HouseBoys Choir - Form Grows Rampant

first off, ignore the album artwork, though once you see the DVD and read about the CD/DVD package it becomes a lot more apparent why they picked that picture as the cover art. The Threshold Houseboys Choir is Peter Christopherson (Throbbing Gristle/Psychic TV/Coil). even if none of the bands that he has been a part of ring a bell for you, you should still check out this album. it is one of my all time favorite albums to fall asleep to, next to Aphex Twin's Selected Ambient Works, Vol. 2.

describing this album is extremely hard for me to do, for some odd reason. no words seem to come to mind, except for beautiful. the soundscapes and everything... it just puts me in this amazing frame of mind every single time i listen to it. if you don't ever download anything else i put on this blog, please download this album.

Cars Can Be Blue - All the Stuff We Do

The hilariously provocative duo consisting of Becky Brooks and Nate Mitchell of Athens Georgia will make you both dance and laugh your ass off. Their sound is somewhere between pop and dance, well give it listen already! (Also in .wma format, once again sorry if that bothers you) Download!
